Alexandra Escaja-Heiss, a student at F. H. Tuttle Middle School was selected as one of 13 winners in a national poster contest, and was the only winner from Vermont.

Students in Mrs. Troidl’s Technology Education class at F. H. Tuttle Middle School submitted Internet Safety Posters in a national poster competition hosted by the MS-ISAC (Multi State-Information Sharing and Analysis Center, located in NY).
The challenge was to educate students about cyber security and online awareness. Students were asked to create posters reflecting what they learned. Posters from 15 middle school students were sent to the MS-ISAC for judging by information experts from across the nation.

Alex’s internet/cyber safety poster was selected out of 840 entries.  It was also recently announced that her poster was selected to be printed in a calendar that will be distributed to schools across the nation next fall.
