Chamberlin Elementary School received a 2012 Recognition Award for their practices and programs that promote health and well being for students and staff. The Fit and Healthy Kids School Wellness Awards recognizes schools whose policies and practices reflect a high priority on healthy outcomes for children and staff. This award program is sponsored by The Vermont Departments of Health and Education, New England Dairy & Food Council, and the Vermont Education Health Initiative.
