South Burlington resident Jennifer Goslovich is proud to announce the recent opening of her dynamic new salon and spa, PierVana. The name PierVana is a blend of the names and spirits of Jennifer’s two children, Pierce and Savana.
Goslovich has been honing her craft as a hairstylist and colorist for three decades. For ten years, beginning at age 21, she managed a salon on New York City’s posh Madison Avenue. For twelve years, until just prior to the birth of her new salon and spa, she was co-owner of Moon Studio Day Spa in Shelburne. There, she expanded her passion and talent for style and beauty to include a dazzling line of handmade, and custom-made jewelry and accessories.
The atmosphere at PierVana is friendly, welcoming and incredibly supportive. In addition to Goslovich, PierVana offers salon services through a growing team of vibrant, talented women. Spa services including massage and facials are also available. The core team and staff are lively, yet deep and thoughtful, as well as being great listeners!Because one of Goslovich’s guiding principles is the notion of service to those less fortunate, salon and spa guests are encouraged to bring their gently used, good quality clothing and accessories to PierVana, who delivers the items to Dress for Success. In addition, Goslovich teaches classes on body image and self-esteem to women there, and the PierVana team donates their time and services to help with hair and makeup. PierVana also holds fundraisers for COTS, Golden Huggs Rescue, the Lund Family Center, and Women Helping Battered Women, among others.
PierVana will be offering quarterly informational classes on a variety of subjects as well as experiential classes in the creative and healing arts. To keep up to date on PierVana’s offerings, call the studio, or just stop by and say hello to this talented and friendly group of creative, community-minded women. PierVana is located at Lakewood Commons, 1233 Shelburne Road, next to SportStyle.
