The 25th Annual All-Star Hockey Classic to benefit Make-A-Wish will face off at the University of Vermont’s Gutterson Field House Saturday, July 1, with the women’s game beginning at 4 p.m. and the men’s game at 6:30 p.m.

South Burlington High School students Michael Flaherty and Dylan Rochford were selected to play for Team Vermont this year. South Burlington resident Jay Parent is returning to the coaching staff for this special anniversary year, which will also honor the retirement of long-time Essex head coach Bill O’Neil.

The Classic showcases top high school, graduated seniors from Vermont, versus rival New Hampshire players. All proceeds from the event go to fulfill special wishes for children with life-threatening medical conditions. For tickets and other information, visit www.allstarhockeyclassicvtnh.org.
