15-year-old Austin Avery, of South Burlington, finished second in last Wednesday’s Night Rider competition, Freestyle Skier, age 13-17 held at Bolton Valley.
It was Austin’s third time competing and first finish among the top three. At press time he was tied for sixth place in the season-long standings.
