The South Burlington Bear Scouts recently visited Shaw’s on Shelburne Road  to learn about eating healthy. The Den toured the produce department, including “the biggest refrigerator ever”! The boys also had fun doing a store-wide scavenger hunt. The Bears would like to thank Ben for the tour and the healthy snack.

Meanwhile, Junior Troop #30438 from Orchard Elementary has been busy as well, spending a fun-filled afternoon in downtown Burlington. The girls enjoined a scavenger hunt that took them all over Church Street. They also spent time together at Echo Lake Aquarium and Science Center on Martin Luther King Jr. Day. The Juniors have earned their drawing and animal habitat badges, and are currently working on their ‘Playing the Past’ badge.
