Thirteen students from Karola Troidl’s homeroom class at Tuttle Middle School made Valentine’s Day cards for the SB Fire Department as part of their school-wide “Roots of Peace”  project. The students delivered the cards on Valentine’s Day, putting one in each of the fire fighters’ personal mailboxes as well as handing them out in person.  The students chose the Fire Department as a way to brighten their day and thank them for their hard work.
