Good things come in threes!
The SBHS Rebel Chefs took “Best in Show” in the morning heat of the 6th annual Vermont Junior Iron Chef competition in Essex Junction last Saturday. This is the third year in a row the Rebel Chefs, all Juniors, have taken a top award--this time for their apple, cheddar, caramelized onion and butternut squash-filled “Vermont Harvest Crepes”. The recipe will be featured in an upcoming issue of The Other Paper.
