Chad Hollister

Pacific Records recording artist Chad Hollister returns home for an intimate solo acoustic performance Sunday, Jan. 13, 2 p.m., at the South Burlington Public Library, located at the University Mall. Along with favorites from his catalogue, Hollister will play songs from his latest release, “Stop the World.” A graduate from South Burlington High School, he describes his music as “roots rock for and from the soul.” Hollister and his Vermont-based band have been touring the country for over 20 years. They have opened for Bob Dylan, Paul Simon, and Tom Petty and have shared the stage with every member of PHISH. Refreshments will be served courtesy of the Friends of the Library. Stay tuned for the next concert in the series, Pete’s Posse, Feb. 24.
