The South Burlington Police Department assisted the United States Marshal Service in locating Dunn Jr. and Russell at the hotel. Judy Bundy, 53, a transient with no known address, was located in the presence of Dunn Jr. and Russell. She was found to be in possession of 1.64 grams of crack cocaine.
The United States Marshal Service took custody of Dunn Jr. at the scene. The South Burlington Police Department took custody of Russell and Bundy, and transported them back to the South Burlington Police Department where they were fingerprinted and photographed. Russell was lodged at the Chittenden Regional Correctional Facility on $6,200 bail for her outstanding warrants. Bundy was issued a citation to appear in court.
