South Burlington Wolves

The Vermont high school bowling all-star team had a strong South Burlington flavor when the teams were announced by the coaches.

Three of the five players on the All-Star second team were from the Wolves squad. Seniors Cam Angwin and Jeremy Little were both named, as was sophomore Aaron Murakami.

Angwin and Little were both captains on this year’s state championship team, with Murakami finishing fourth in the individual state tournament.

In addition, six South Burlington players represented the Green Mountain State in the Vermont/New Hampshire Twin State Classic.

Jack Zagursky, Jacob Gelfenbein, Tyler Willard, Angwin, Duncan Hood and Ethan Hood all represented Vermont, who lost to the New Hampshire team 4-1. The Granite State leads the series, 4-3.
